Job Description

       Define Technical Scope and Transition Plan: Clearly outline the IT systems, infrastructure, or applications involved in the transition, and develop a detailed plan that includes technical milestones, deliverables, and timelines.

       Coordinate Cross-Team Technical Dependencies: Ensure alignment between IT teams (e.g., infrastructure, development, operations, security) on system dependencies, data flows, and technical requirements, resolving conflicts as they arise.

       Engage Technical Stakeholders: Collaborate with key IT stakeholders, such as system architects, engineers, and business analysts, to gather input, validate technical decisions, and ensure their buy-in throughout the project.

       Oversee System Migration and Integration: Manage the technical aspects of the transition, such as migrating systems, integrating new tools, or retiring legacy platforms, while ensuring minimal disruption to operations.

       Monitor and Mitigate Technical Risks: Identify potential IT-related risks (e.g., data loss, downtime, compatibility issues) and implement mitigation strategies, including testing, backups, and contingency plans.

       Drive Execution of Technical Deliverables: Ensure IT teams are meeting dead- lines for tasks such as system configurations, software deployments, and infrastructure setup, while tracking progress against the project plan.

       Ensure Operational Readiness: Coordinate the handover of systems and processes to IT operations teams, ensuring proper documentation, training, and support structures are in place for a seamless transition.



Requirements

       Proven Track Record in IT Project Delivery: Demonstrated experience managing and successfully delivering complex IT projects, including system migrations, infrastructure transitions, or application rollouts, on time and within budget.

       Strong Leadership and Decision-Making Skills: Extensive experience leading cross-functional IT teams, driving alignment across technical and non-technical stakeholders, and making decisive calls to keep the project on track.

       Expertise in Dependency and Risk Management: Deep understanding of managing technical dependencies, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies, ensuring smooth collaboration between teams and minimal disruptions.

       Extensive Stakeholder Management Experience: Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, communicate technical progress effectively, and manage expectations to maintain alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle.

       Execution-Oriented Mindset: A results-driven approach with a focus on accountability, ensuring teams meet deadlines, deliverables are achieved, and quality standards are upheld in high-pressure environments.
